“Change is constant. You have to be proactive, assertive, and clear on expectations. Delegation isn’t about offloading—it’s about empowering.”

“Burnout happens when boundaries blur. The solution? Be organized, set priorities, and learn to say no—with empathy.”

“Respecting your time is a form of leadership. If you don’t respect it, no one else will.”
